"I ordered custom made boxes. The boxes came in very good quality, just like the ones you find in stores. I ordered Matte laminated (smooth finish), like a 100 of them since bulk discounts applied. In truth, the boxes came out in the way I wanted if not better.
The quality of the product is incredible and support/staff was very polite and quick to answer when I submitted any ticket. There were no problems with the shipment and everything arrived on time and well packaged. A small heads up is to know what you're working/dealing with, the printers print in CMYK and the product will obviously look a bit different from the computer screen. Always check and test before you submit your document and read whatever they need. Simple, if an unexperienced 18 year old can do it (me), then so can you if you read all instructions. I was sceptical at first, but judging by the finished product, I'm very satisfied. I might be biased since it's my first time, but the box kinda looks better than the boxes I see in the store.
